TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Full payment is required prior to course or seminar.

Cancellations. We regret that a fee has to be charged for cancellations. More than 4 weeks before - 25% of course fee. Less than 4 weeks before - 50% of course fee. Less than 14 days before - 100% of course fee.

Transfers can be made to other locations or dates for £75 + VAT administration fee subject to notice at least 14 days prior to the course.

Non-Cancellation Policy: Our non-cancellation policy guarantees that we will endeavour to run all courses detailed in this prospectus.

This means that you can book your preferred course, seminar or workshop at your chosen venue with complete confidence that this will be held, subject to the following conditions.

When might we cancel?

• Circumstances beyond our control i.e. Hotel fire, local disaster, sudden ill health of tutor, venue stipulates a minimum number which is not reached, etc.
• If, at four weeks before the course is due to run, two or fewer delegates have booked on the course
• Delegates have booked but have not paid

Alternatives: For all delegates affected by a cancellation we will do one of the following:

• re-schedule to another date,
• determine if it is practical and acceptable to move to another location or date,
• offer to run the course in-house at one of the delegates premises,
• make a full refund of fees paid
  

Organisers Rights: We reserve the right to alter or cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control. No audio or video recording will be allowed.

While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, whether written or verbal, no responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of any statement made can be accepted by the seminar organisers.
